Write Thinking

For your teams - for your business

The details - Groups, courses, 1:1: Welcome

For away-days and team-building

Price from £350 per session for 12 people online

In a session lasting as little as an hour, we’ll explore and capture goals and aspirations, leaving your team feeling energised and focused. They’ll also be armed with a versatile tool that will help them face future challenges and opportunities, individually and as a team.

I design a session that meets your specific needs and objectives, whether that's for a one-hour post-lunch energiser, an away-day kick-off to begin conversations and open up thinking, or a longer session to set goals and generate ideas. My sessions work just as well online as in person, as there is no need for any special equipment or environment. Sessions can take place pretty much anywhere a pen and paper can be accessed.

The tool we use is based on a unique and simple creative writing activity, which requires no talent, experience or grammar. It is truly inclusive as it transcends all differences, whether culture, age, background or ability. Everyone - whether it’s six people or sixty - takes part and everyone is heard.

Using writing in this way introduces people to a tool that they can take forward into their lives to face challenges, maximise opportunities and achieve the things they want, in work, in life.

For anyone who may find writing more challenging, there are alternative ways to capture people's response to a prompt (and don't forget, you can invite people to come up with their own alternatives.) As long as people have the capacity to respond to a prompt and share their experience in some way, they can take part.

Please feel free to book some time to find out how I can make a big difference to your team in a short time.

Everyone deals with change differently. In order to minimise disruption to the business and individuals, coaching groups or individuals through change provides vital support, of which individuals can take, as much or as little as they need.

Writing, as a reflective and problem-solving tool, enhances coaching by helping people surface issues and beliefs and ultimately connect more deeply to themselves so they're more able to deal with challenges.
